To get strong knowledge to work for a project according to business needs, I designated me with Microsoft certifications, ITIL certification for service industry.
I have served in a variety of positions at service industry; I was spent performing quality assurance testing on Windows server’s client for Microsoft workstations including virtualizations with Hyper-V, VMware and Microsoft VPC. As a manager I was approachable, professional, supportive, encouraging and enjoyable to work for. I was highly missed when I left the team. I always took the time to understand what was needed and acted on it. During yearly meetings I found I always try to get different-2 accomplishments.
I exhibit a strong intellectual curiosity as well as a drive to tackle even the toughest subjects. I had the opportunity to work with very good organizations in a cross-functional innovation-oriented team. We conducted primary customer research using ethnographic techniques and then used our understanding of the customer to create new products and technologies according to our business and service needs.
